Updating Decor and Colors in an established home

Our Churchill Drive project was a home that was beautiful with some really neutral finishes. However, the owners decided that the neutral color palette lacked the warmth and vibrancy they wanted in their home. So we worked with the owners to find colors that they loved and provided the space with rich colors that worked well with all the natural light the home received.

We painted the walls Hale Navy by Benjamin Moore. The owners wanted to keep their furniture and art so the deep navy provided a great dramatic accent to this room.

DINING ROOM

This room gets lots of morning light and had so much white trim and the owners wanted a bold pop of color. We chose Galapagos Turquois by Benjamin Moore and it was the perfect pop of color in the space.

In the Living Room we kept the wall color neutral to balance the bold color choices in the surrounding rooms and keep the space light and inviting. In this room we brought color to the neutral walls with pillows, rug and teal fabric colored chairs.

The owners had the coral and navy bedding that they wanted to keep but add more color to the neutral walls so we choice to bring in an accent wall in Hale Navy paired with Balboa Mist all Benjamin Moore Paints.

master bedroom

The sunroom in this home is inviting with the views alone. We kept the walls white along with green tiled floors. We added wicker chairs along with blues, teals and turquoise shades to accent the room and play off of the view from the windows. To add warmth and a touch of whimsy we found this great playful rug to pull the space together.
